If your purchase was for an in-stock item, please allow up to 3-4 days for shipping. If your purchase was for a group buy or pre-order product, please check project status on the Project Timelines page.

As mentioned above, as a small operation I'm not able to keep products in stock consistently. Sale formats will be run as small in-stock purchases or pre-order / group buy phases.

Almost all projects should have a limited number of extra units available after fulfillment.

If the order was a group buy or pre-order, note that these purchases have potentially long shipping timeframes as they are made to order. Shipping projections are only estimates and may vary based on manufacturing and shipping constraints. Requests for order cancellations for in-stock items and group buy / pre-orders will be honored within the first 5 days of placement, if received prior to shipment. There will be a 3% non-refundable transaction fee. 

If the order is a group buy, and the group buy window has closed, cancellations are not permitted.

In rare circumstances, cancellations will be permitted but will be accompanied with an 8% non-refundable transaction & stocking fee.

Please inspect and test your order contents (keyboard finish, PCB functionality) on arrival, prior to building or soldering - returns and exchanges will not be permitted for any used items. If there are any issues, send us an email within 5 calendar days of your package being delivered. Due to the nature of these products, returns are not permitted except under rare circumstances or DoA. In the rare case of a refund for a delivered order, there will be a 3% non-refundable transaction fee withheld. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Respond to your order confirmation email with any requests for address changes. JJWKB.com is not responsible for any conflicts that may arise from address changes related to forwarding services, pre-order spot sales, or transfers.

This is highly unlikely, as manufacturer orders are submitted according to the orders you place. However, please respond to the order confirmation email and we will try to arrange a solution (no guarantees).

For the most part, I'd like to explore new designs and releases. However, if there is substantial demand for a project, I will consider another run.
